Green Asparagus

The green asparagus is a vegetable which is still harvested by hand as it was 25 years ago in our fields. It is considered rich in fibre, vitamin C, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 and beta-carotene; it is low in fat and very low in caloric intake. This superfood helps prevent colon cancer and facilitates the fluidity of the urinary system contributing to good digestion; it also helps blood circulation.
