Viru Group grows in Spain with two strategic acquisitions

Viru Group (“Viru”), a global leader in the agro-industrial sector and the largest producer of canned and frozen fruits and vegetables in Peru, is pleased to announce the growth of Viru Ibérica thanks to the acquisition of two successful Spanish family companies operating in the ready meals market: “Camos Natural Food” and “Fridela”.

 With these strategic acquisitions, Viru Iberica strengthen its plans in Spain towards the business ambition of doubling sales in 2025.
