Pilot Plant

Located in the R&D Centre, the pilot plant is equipped with cutting-edge technology that allows us to design optimum processes for new products and improvements to the current processes with a performance similar to what we will get in the facilities.

Innovation Center

The R&D Centre has a laboratory for analysis, preparation of samples and a culinary centre where we perform the sensory and physico-chemical tests of raw materials and supplies and for the development of new products by international chefs.
