We successfully perform the Grand Final of the 11th Viru Project Fair 2019!

With great enthusiasm and expectation, on Saturday, November 16th, the Grand Final of the 11th Viru Project Fair 2019 was held at the plant facilities. The 14 finalist projects presented their proposals to the Qualifying Jury, conformed by the Management Team, who had the difficult task of choosing the top 3 positions.
It was a close contest, since all the presentations showed creativity, innovation and effort.

“The Project Fair seeks every year to encourage the participation of our employees in the implementation of new processes or in the improvement of existing ones, taking into account their ideas and opinions to carry out our operations more efficiently,” said Oscar Echegaray , Human Resources Manager of Virú. “In Virú, we want to recognize and emphasize all our collaborators, about the importance they represent in the total value chain of the company, and that thanks to them, Virú is proud to celebrate its 25th anniversary of institutional life this year,” the executive said.
